Getting back into your account
Use the same sign-in method you used when you joined Deary. If you started with Apple, continue with the same Apple Account to reach your couple and memories. Email sign-in does not automatically connect to an existing Apple account.
For email sign-in, enter the latest six-digit code sent to your inbox. Codes expire after ten minutes. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived, and never send your code to support or anyone else.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal or an appeal, email privacy@kreydlabs.com or use the export and deletion controls in Deary. Read the Privacy Notice and, where applicable, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
How support handles information
Private relationship content is not needed to investigate an account, purchase or app problem. If it is sent accidentally, it is redacted from the working record. Support records are limited to approved Kreyd Labs Ltd operators, used only to resolve the request or meet a legal duty, and deleted within 30 days after closure unless a longer period is legally required.
Waiting for your letters to open
Both people need to submit an answer and your shared reveal time must have arrived. Then either person can choose “Open together”. Your partner cannot read your draft. Editing closes once both answers are ready.
Purchases and refunds
Apple processes Deary purchases. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account. Refund requests are handled through Apple's Report a Problem service, without limiting statutory rights.
One purchase covers both connected partners. Restore using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Deleting your Deary account or removing the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
